Congratulations to the following students who achieved 100% attendance for the last school year, 2008/2009. Each student was awarded two tickets to the Stoke City vs Aston Villa match on 13th March 2010. Well done!

Leading Credits

Year 9 students raise £130 for the Staffordshire Air Ambulance.

This May, Year 9 students held a sponsored silence in aid of the Staffordshire Air Ambulance. Students, predominantly from Miss Christou's form, had great fun spending the day in silence. Organisers Dee Wain and Kim Thorley were interviewed by Mr Marchington about their experience. 

What was the best thing about the day? "Writing on white boards was fun and drawing too."

What was the hardest thing about the day? "Not talking when people were trying to make you!" 

What did you gain from this team experience? "That when working in a team it's quite easy to raise money and make a difference."

Give one overall comment to describe the experience. "Fun!"
